I began my career as a loan officer in 2000 and started with a loan company that was nationally known, after 6 years working with clients and experiencing frustrations over limited or restricted loan products, higher rates and what I felt were higher corporate fees added to loans for borrowers. I obtained a broker’s license and opened my own office in 2006. I no longer have monthly quotas and can now focus my lending time and energy on assisting borrowers to obtain financing based upon their individual needs and to be able to offer them better rates and more loan products while providing them with excellent customer service. My #1 priority is my client needs and goals. 95% of my clients come from referrals of satisfied clients that refer me to their friends, family and co-workers and I am thankful for the client support that I receive.
